Simple, clear privacy choices

Updated draft for pre-launch review — last updated 6 September 2026.

This is an operational draft, not legal advice. It requires legal review before final launch.

Essential storage

The website may use storage required for security, language or consent preferences, and form operation. If browser storage is blocked, the assessment remains usable in the current session, but answers may not be restored after the page is closed.

Optional analytics

If non-essential analytics are added, they will not run before consent. We will minimize collected data and will not send sensitive assessment answers or form data to analytics tools.

Control your choice

You can accept or reject optional analytics and later change your decision through consent settings when enabled. Browser controls can also manage stored data.

What is stored in the browser?

  • Incomplete assessment answers and organization type: up to seven days, removed after successful report creation or when expiry is detected.
  • Analytics consent or refusal: until changed or site data is cleared in the browser.
  • When GA4 is configured and accepted, Google may set measurement cookies. Declining analytics in its preferences stops collection and removes GA cookies accessible to this site.
