Information we collect
We may collect name, mobile number, organization name, optional email, inquiry content, readiness-assessment answers, and basic technical data needed for security and operation. Required fields vary by form: email is optional for assessments and general inquiries, and required for partnership and ERP demo requests.
Why we use it
- Generate and display a readiness report.
- Email the report only when a valid address is supplied.
- Respond to inquiries, demo requests, and support requests.
- Protect and improve the website with appropriate consent.
Retention and sharing
We retain inquiry and assessment records for up to 24 months unless a different period is needed or required, then delete or anonymize them. We do not sell data or use it for marketing without consent. Confidential hosting and email providers may process data for us.
Your rights and contact
You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent by emailing info@tahawul.solutions. Requests will be handled under applicable requirements.
Drafts and report links
When storage is available, incomplete assessment answers remain in your browser for up to seven days, without contact details. Answers are sent to the website only when you generate the report. Private report links expire after 30 days; download a PDF for later use and share the link only with an authorized person.
Connected services
Booking uses Google Calendar and Google Meet; direct contact uses WhatsApp or email. When you use these services, their privacy policies also apply. Hosting and email providers support website operation and notifications. Do not submit passwords, databases or beneficiary files through public forms.
