A method grounded in reality
We consider available resources and the team's capacity for change, distinguishing what can be delivered now from what needs preparation or a management decision.
A proposal tailored to the scope
Timing, deliverables, and cost are defined after we understand organization size, assessment scope, and participating stakeholders. We then provide a clear proposal rather than an unsuitable fixed package.
How is delivery scoped?
We start with the problem, users and available data. The proposal defines deliverables, scope boundaries, responsibilities and acceptance criteria. Implementation and review are followed by handover and training within the agreed scope.
Timing, cost and support
Timing and cost depend on users, content or data volume and quality, customization, integrations and training. The schedule is defined after reviewing these inputs; a roadmap horizon is not a project delivery duration. The proposal specifies support channels, hours, duration, maintenance coverage and additional services. Hosting, subscriptions and future changes should only be treated as included when the proposal states them.
