Custom administrative and financial systems

Administrative and financial systems built around your procedures

When a ready product does not fit the way you work, we develop a system that helps teams track daily operations, accounts, permissions, and workflows clearly.

When should you choose a custom system?

If you are an NGO, start by reviewing and trialling the ready NGO ERP product; it is usually faster and less costly. Custom development fits when procedures, reports, or integrations differ enough that a ready product cannot cover them, or when the organization works in another sector.

What can the system include?

  • Analysis of current procedures, users, and data.
  • Clear workflows, input forms, and approvals.
  • Accounts, expenses, income, and budget lines.
  • Permissions and an audit trail for each user.
  • Reports and monitoring dashboards for management and review.
  • Data migration from existing files and spreadsheets.
  • Training, go-live, and post-delivery support.

How we deliver

We start with a defined scope and a first phase that can go live, then extend the system according to priorities. Deliverables and acceptance criteria are agreed before implementation, and each phase is reviewed with the team before the next begins.

A tailored proposal

Timing and cost depend on the number of procedures and users, data condition, integrations, and support level, so we provide a tailored proposal after understanding the need rather than a fixed price.

How is delivery scoped?

We start with the problem, users and available data. The proposal defines deliverables, scope boundaries, responsibilities and acceptance criteria. Implementation and review are followed by handover and training within the agreed scope.

Timing, cost and support

Timing and cost depend on users, content or data volume and quality, customization, integrations and training. The schedule is defined after reviewing these inputs; a roadmap horizon is not a project delivery duration. The proposal specifies support channels, hours, duration, maintenance coverage and additional services. Hosting, subscriptions and future changes should only be treated as included when the proposal states them.
